As an Alternative Creative Therapist for Youth, with over 25 years experience in the field of holistic therapies, the expressive arts, alternative learning, psychosomatic child-pathology, trauma, gender-identity, giftedness and youth empowerment, I help women and youth rebuild their personal pathways, as they navigate through a time that has forever altered their social tapestries.

Offering an array of creative and holistic outlets, youth will have the opportunity to tap into their unique way of expressing their story. Through these explorations, they will learn how to embody and harness their individual strengths as lifelong tools that will support them in becoming more self-assured and self-dependant in unravelling their personal inquiries.
